Expertise: Mr. Norris began work in mineral exploration in 1978 and has specialized in environmental hydrology since 1986. He provides project management and senior level professional services for investigations of metal, petroleum hydrocarbon, and volatile organic compound (VOC) contamination; water resource assessments; permitting; and litigation support. His project responsibilities have included site characterization studies; collecting and interpreting hydraulic, pneumatic, and chemical data; conducting feasibility studies; designing and implementing remedial actions; risk assessment of groundwater, surface water, and soil; and applying numerical modeling techniques to hydrologic and hydrochemical problems.
