Expertise: Russell has worked in the environmental services field since 1994 and joined Clear Creek Associates in 2007. He performs field hydrologic work including the oversight of well drilling, well construction, and remediation system operation and maintenance. He regularly performs groundwater, soil, and vapor sample collection. Russell also assists in the preparation of reports and proposals and conducts data evaluation.
