Expertise: Since 1995, Mr. Feller has conducted and managed soils and groundwater investigations, drywell permitting and investigations, environmental site assessments (ESAs), and remediation pilot testing and design. Mr. Feller joined Clear Creek in 2005 and has conducted and overseen water production well permitting, rehabilitation evaluations, well construction, aquifer testing, and well impact analyses.
