Our staff consists of highly qualified geologists, hydrologists, engineers, and legal and business-management professionals, with most individuals having at least fifteen years of professional experience.

Many of our technical staff hold advanced degrees and are professionally licensed. Staff members are active in such national and regional professional societies as the American Institute of Professional Geologists; the Society for Mining, Metallurgy, and Exploration; the American Society of Civil Engineers; the National Ground Water Association; the Arizona Hydrological Society; the Arizona Geological Society; and in both Arizona’s and Virginia’s state water well associations.
